Terms and Conditions
These Terms cover the Shadchan AI portal and the SMS / OTP messaging program used solely for authentication and limited transactional service notices for registered matchmakers.
1. Program Description
Shadchan AI is operated by Lebor 91 Holdings, LLC ("Shadchan AI", "we", "us", or "our").
We operate a messaging program whose primary purpose is to deliver one-time passwords (OTPs) for logging into the Shadchan AI matchmaker portal at:
OTP messages may include a 6-digit code and a portal link to https://www.shadchan.ai so the user can complete sign-in. This program is transactional. It is not used for advertising or promotional campaigns.
Related account/service notices (for example, limited reminders about pending profile status), if any, are also transactional and tied to an existing account relationship.
2. Opt-In (Consent)
You must opt in before SMS messages are sent.
Opt-in occurs only on the production website:
- Open https://www.shadchan.ai or https://www.shadchan.ai/login.
- Enter your own mobile number in the login form.
- Click "Send One Time Password."
Clicking "Send One Time Password" is your express written consent (electronic) to receive one SMS message from Shadchan AI for that login attempt, which may include:
- a one-time verification code; and
- a link to https://www.shadchan.ai.
Messages are sent only after that explicit button action. We do not enroll phone numbers into this program through purchased lists, call centers, sweepstakes, or bulk-onsite papers. Consent is not shared or sold to third parties for their marketing.
3. Message Frequency
- OTP messages: one SMS per user-initiated login OTP request.
- Other transactional service notices (if any): frequency varies with account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for plan details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Opt-Out / HELP
At any time:
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS from Shadchan AI (also accepted: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT).
- After opting out, you will not receive further SMS under this program unless you opt back in by using the login OTP flow again.
- Reply HELP (or INFO) for assistance.

7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is at https://www.shadchan.ai/privacy-policy.
We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Delivery of SMS is facilitated by our messaging service provider (Twilio) as a processor/provider solely to send the message.
8. Eligibility and Account Use
The portal is intended for authorized matchmakers/brokers. You agree to provide accurate phone and contact details and use OTP codes only for your authorized login.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal or SMS program after changes are posted at https://www.shadchan.ai/terms-and-conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material SMS program changes will be reflected on this page.
