Shadchan AI is operated by Lebor 91 Holdings, LLC ("Shadchan AI", "we", "us", or "our") and provides a matchmaking management platform used by matchmakers ("Shadchanim"/"brokers") to manage singles' profiles and facilitate matches. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. This Policy also explains our SMS one-time password (OTP) login program for the production portal at https://www.shadchan.ai.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, phone number, and email address for matchmakers who register on the platform.
• Profile information for singles: name, age, gender, phone number, email, location, height, marital status, religious level (hashkafa), learning status, community, and other details submitted by a matchmaker.
• Communication data: messages and related delivery metadata needed to send and verify login codes and service communications (for example, time of OTP request, delivery provider identifiers).
• Usage data: log and diagnostic information about how the portal is used (for example, pages visited, session timing, and technical errors).

We collect a mobile phone number for matchmakers only when they provide it for account registration and/or to request an OTP to sign in to https://www.shadchan.ai.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and authenticate matchmaker accounts, including sending one-time passwords (OTPs) for portal login to https://www.shadchan.ai.
• To enable matchmakers to manage singles' profiles and generate match suggestions.
• To send transactional / service-related notifications that are necessary to operate the account (for example, login verification, and limited account/match status notices where enabled).
• To improve our matching algorithm using feedback and outcome data.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We do not use mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected for SMS OTP consent to send marketing or promotional SMS.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

3. SMS Messaging Program (Login OTP) — Important for US Carriers

This section describes our SMS OTP program used with US wireless carriers.

3.1 What messages we send

Shadchan AI may send transactional SMS to a matchmaker's mobile number for login authentication to the web portal at https://www.shadchan.ai. A typical message includes:

• a one-time numeric password (OTP); and
• a link to the Shadchan AI portal (https://www.shadchan.ai).

OTP SMS are not marketing messages.

3.2 How you consent (opt-in)

No SMS is sent until you opt in.

You opt in when you:

1. Visit https://www.shadchan.ai (login page: https://www.shadchan.ai/login);
2. Enter your own mobile phone number; and
3. Press the clearly labeled button "Send One Time Password."

Pressing "Send One Time Password" is your affirmative consent to receive one SMS from Shadchan AI for that login attempt. Messages are sent only in direct response to that explicit user action. We do not buy/list enroll phone numbers into this SMS program.

(Optional supporting channel: some logins may also use WhatsApp for delivery when configured; SMS remains available for OTP as described here.)

3.3 Frequency

• OTP SMS frequency: one message per user-initiated login OTP request.
• If account/service notifications are ever enabled for the same number, frequency varies with account activity; OTP remains one message per request.
• Message and data rates may apply.

3.4 Opt-out and HELP

• Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT) to cancel SMS from this program.
• Reply HELP (or INFO) for assistance.

You can also contact us to stop SMS and we will process the request.

3.5 Who we share messaging data with

We share phone number and message content only as needed with our messaging delivery partner (Twilio) and, if used, Meta/WhatsApp, solely to deliver and log the message.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

4. Data Sharing

We share information only as necessary to operate the platform, including with:

• messaging providers (for example, Twilio) to deliver OTPs and allowed service messages;
• infrastructure / database hosting providers; and
• regulators or law enforcement when required by law.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and profile information for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide the service, and as required to comply with legal obligations. OTP codes are retained only as long as needed for verification and security/audit purposes, then deleted or de-identified.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. Matchmakers may update or remove a single's profile information directly within the platform, where the product allows.

7. Children

The Shadchan AI portal for matchmakers is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for this SMS program.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we post updates. Material changes to SMS practices will be reflected on this page: https://www.shadchan.ai/privacy-policy.
